Nominations are officially open to recognize award-worthy SUNY Brockport alum.
Each year, SUNY Brockport alumni are eligible for nomination and may earn recognition for the achievements and accomplishments made in their respective fields since graduating.
The Hall of Heritage Award is the highest recognition that a SUNY Brockport alum may receive. The Hall of Heritage Award honors alumni who have distinguished themselves as eminent contributors to SUNY Brockport and its Alumni Association, as well as the Brockport community. This award also acknowledges alum who have shown a high level of professional achievement.

Recent winners of the Hall of Heritage Award include Buffalo Bills Chief Operating Officer and class of 1990 graduate Pete Guelli, who recently returned to SUNY Brockport’s McCue Auditorium on November 21 to share his journey to a successful and fulfilling career in professional sports with students.
The Outstanding Service Award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated consistent commitment to SUNY Brockport and its Alumni Association, exhibited excellent efforts in community service or obtained outstanding achievements in their personal or professional lives.
Nominations for any of SUNY Brockport’s alumni awards can be submitted here until the deadline on January 9, 2026.
