Llama on the loose: Local woman searching for missing pet

**UPDATE: Brownie has been found and is home safe. **

A local woman is asking for the community’s help in finding her pet llama, Brownie.

Meghan Chryst says she just got Brownie over the weekend.

Chryst owns Trevor’s Acres Alpaca Farm on Ladue Road in Brockport. Brownie is the only llama at the farm. She says he was spooked and jumped over the fence and took off.

He was last seen Sunday in a cornfield along West Sweden Road.

Brownie, although skiddish because he is new to the area, will most likely come to hay. He won’t come to grain.

If you see Brownie or have any information on his whereabouts, you’re asked to call (603) 833-7178.
