SUNY Brockport mascot Ellsworth the Eagle soars back in time to celebrate his 67th birthday. Brockport Student Government (BSG) and the Student Union Leadership and Activities (SULA) hosted Ellsworth’s “Party like its 1957” birthday celebration in the Union Main Lounge Thursday Oct. 10.

Throughout the entire month of October, SUNY Brockport is shedding light on National Disability Employment Awareness Month.  To gain a better insight into SUNY Brockport's efforts in supporting National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), Director of Student Accessibility Services Nicole Musica shares her perspective on the college’s initiatives.

The music and energy in the campus mall on the night of Sept. 20 lifted spirits and invited people to the Alpha Phi Alpha Yard Show, an event hosted by the Rho Alpha chapter of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. This exhibition of Greek pride was meant to showcase the talents and sister- and brotherhood of various Divine Nine organizations.

Things Transfigured: The passing of time

From August 29 through October 6 the Tower Fine Arts Center Gallery hosted a brilliant exhibition titled Things Transfigured. In Things Transfigured, artist Allen Topolski explores themes of obsolescence and incompletion through his large-scale prints, depicting the inner workings of tools, towering sculptures of discarded alarm clocks, and once beautiful but now nonfunctional appliances.
