BROCKPORT, N.Y. — Perri’s Pizzeria has temporarily closed its doors, according to a Facebook post from the restaurant.
The message states:
“To the community: due to a recent covid exposure the Brockport location will be closed until Nov. 16. We appreciate your patience and hope that you understand that the safety of our community and employees are our main priority. We are currently doing a deep clean and will continue to serve you hot and delicious food before you know it.”
Perri’s announced the closure on Nov. 12.
The pizzeria isn’t the only local restaurant to have an exposure scare — just a few weeks ago the Red Jug Pub temporarily closed for the same reason, and reopened once everything was properly sanitized and safe for customers.
This comes after a recent uptick in cases across the region.
